Merlin welcomes Ken to the MEETL board

MEETL represents Merlin's Employee Owners

We wish to extend a warm welcome to Ken Lindsay who was appointed as Non-Exec Trustee Director of Merlin Energy Employee Trustees Limited last month. A qualified accountant, Ken spent almost 20 years as a partner in a private equity investment house where he also sat as a non-executive director on the boards of numerous businesses. Since retiring from full time work several years ago, he holds a number of non-executive director and adviser positions, including Chairman of Cambridge Weight Plan – a substantial employee-owned business that manufactures and sells specialist food products. He is currently also working with the Employee Ownership Association to develop and run their specialist training for Employee Directors and Trustees. Outside of work, Ken is a keen fly fisherman and clay pigeon shooter, and spends a lot of time looking after 20 acres of ancient woodlands that he is lucky enough to be responsible for. Everyone here at Merlin is looking forward to working with Ken in the future.
